Our platform is not a governmental site and is in no way affiliated with immigration authorities. We offer optional support services for users who wish to delegate these procedures.
2 - Nature of Services and Prices
Fees may include, as applicable:

All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of taxes. They may change at any time based on public or internal pricing updates.
3 - Online Payment
Payment is made online via secure credit card processing at the time of order confirmation.
Confirmation of payment validates the order. Services will not be delivered unless payment is completed.
4 - Withdrawal Right Waiver
Under Article of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal right does not apply to fully performed or customized services.
By confirming the order, the user expressly requests immediate execution and waives their right of withdrawal.
5 - Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible if:

We provide support services to facilitate travel procedures. Final decisions regarding entry or authorization rest exclusively with the official authorities.
We are not liable for decisions made by border agents or for internet-related disruptions.
9 - Border Control
Authorization from the government does not guarantee entry. Border agents may override any prior approval.
10 - Data Protection
We collect only the personal data necessary to process each service. Data may be shared with authorized third parties involved in the procedure.
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data in accordance with GDPR.
11 - Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably or through mediation.
